Sponsor Family & Super Visas
Canada is a country of immigrants. Many of us are in Canada alone while our families and close ones are still abroad. You wish to bring your loved ones to Canada but you don’t know how.
We can help you explore legal immigration ways under Family Class options allowing to re-unite with your close family members, such as parents, grand-parents, spouses, common-law partners, children and other relatives (under certain conditions).
Sponsoring immediate family members such as spouses, common-law partners and children is considered a priority, which means that Canadian sponsor is not obliged to meet income requirements. You just need to prove that that you’re not receiving social assistance for reasons other than a disability.
As per other relatives, including parents and grand-parents, Canadian sponsor would need to meet income requirements to be eligible to apply for sponsorship and should continue meeting income requirements throughout the process.
There is a special long term visa option for parents and grand-parents, called Super Visa. While super visa is similar to regular visitor visa there are a few significant differences:
- First of all if you wish to minimize the possibility of refusal while inviting your parent or grand - parent to Canada, we strongly recommend opting for Super Visa instead of regular visitor visa.
- Under Super Visa option your parent or grand- parent may stay in Canada for up to 2 years at a time without extending his / her status, while under regular visitor visa he can stay for up to 6 months only.
- Regular visitor visas are very easy to refuse, while Super Visa is based on specific requirements, therefore refusal rates are much lower.
We will be glad to assess your options to sponsor family member. Please complete assessment form:
